Jennet of Elsdon is falsely accused of witchcraft by Sir Guy of Gisburne after rejecting his advances. The Sheriff of Nottingham forces her to drug the outlaws to save her husband, but Maid Marian helps the group overcome the trap.

Jennet, a herbalist, is coerced by the Sheriff, who suspects she can help him destroy Robin. She uses her knowledge of potions to render the outlaws, Robin, helpless. Eventually he disguises himself as Guy of Gisburne to infiltrate Nottingham Castle and saves her husband, Thomas.
